Credit Controller

One of my key clients are currently on the market for a lively and enthusiastic Credit Controller who has had at least 18 months experience in a fast paced and well nurtured credit control team. This organisation has almost 100 years of history and has been consistently growing and expanding since the beginning. due to continued expansion and growth the credit control department now requires further additions to its lively team.

As a Credit Controller you will be involved with the following:

• On a day-to-day basis make a high volume of outbound calls
• Working from a daily ledger of up to £3,000,000
• Plan and organise caseload to maximise collections activity
• Ensure all collections activity is accurately documented and diarised in the database
• Process accounts through the small claims courts
• Chase clients to recover the debt in full, with use of tracing agents.
• Process client debit/credit card payments
• Follow up on cases via the court i.e. warrants
• Ensure defended cases are passed to GPB solicitors promptly
• Follow the specified process flow
