Our client based on the outskirts on Haywards Heath is currently looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join the business on a permanent basis.
Client Details
Our client is a well known fast growing business based in the heart of Sussex.
Description
Purchase ledger - approving and posting supplier invoices, posting invoices onto Sage, reconciling supplier statements.
Bank accounts - downloading, posting and reconciling bank accounts.
Preparing and posting journals
Checking and posting expenses to Sage
Stock control
Sales ledger - posting and reconciling accounts
Credit control
General financial/accounting duties as required
Profile
Successful candidate will be an experienced accounts assistant that has a good eye for detail.
