French Accountant

Qualification required: Qualified Accountant ACA or ACCA                  Key Responsibilities •Full responsibility for Accounting for French Leasing Company- MailFinance with a Revenue of € 17 Million and a portfolio of €150 Million consisting of over 20,000 contracts •Preparation of Group monthly leasing reporting package •Preparation of Annual Budget for MailFinance leasing company as well as Forecast and 3 year plan preparation •Intercompany Account reconciliation •Corporation tax and VAT returns •Liaising with Auditors and Tax Advisors •Developing reports and implementing system changes •Provision of Management Information Reports and KPI's for management •Support local leasing operations in France and other countries •Assisting in management of Lease portfolio Additional Attributes •The person must be a good communicator with strong attention to detail •Commercially Focused -be able to add value to the business •Ability to achieve strict reporting deadlines •Ability to speak French. •Team Player but can work on their own as required •Strong IT skill ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Data Warehouse •Experience of SAP financial package (FICO module). •Experience of Hyperion Reporting package •Ability to travel abroad on occasion for group meetings, conferences etc.Reporting Line This role reports directly to the Leasing Controller.The Package A competitive salary is offered for this position as well as a performance related bonus.
