Job Description: Perform all payables functions including Preparation of cheques and electronic payments and bank transfers Entering of Invoices on the accounting System Reconciliation of supplier statements Creation of Purchase Orders Prepare fortnightly Payroll post Reconcile all bank accounts, payroll and upload Prepare and submit GCT and SO1/employer tax returns on time. Cash Flow forecasting Preparing Financial statements monthly with Variance Analysis Prepare accounting general journal entries. Reconcile General Ledger Prepare Audit Schedules & assist in Year end Audit Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register Knowledge Skills Must be able to work with Accounting Package, preferably Quick Books Qualifications Degree in Accounts ACCA Level 2
