Our client, a market leader in the Manufacturing sector, is looking to recruit a newly created a Finance Manager position to drive forward one of their key business areas in Basingstoke.

Description

The Finance Manager will be the key point of contact providing financial support to non-finance stakeholders and senior management, whilst taking responsibility for all management accounting activities, improving modelling processes, reviewing and improving long term planning, also full responsibility for budgeting and forecasting. The Finance Manager will be constantly improving financial controls and processes as well as managing, mentoring and developing three direct report.

Profile

For this Finance Manager role in Basingstoke we are looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) who can work with non-finance and senior stakeholders within the business, providing decision support and analysis. Experience in a all round Finance Manager position is highly advantageous, as well as leading a team of three or more individuals.

£45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus, Pension, Private medical, Parking on site
