Responsibilities
- Lead the audit technical team of the Department to uphold the quality of the firm's engagements
- Provide in-house advice on HKSA/ISA requirements and their implementation
- Perform quality assurance reviews
- Responsible for developing and maintaining audit tools and templates
- Support and conduct assurance training programmes
- Be committed to act with the firm's core values and competency expectations
Requirements
- Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent overseas leading professional accountants institutes
- Proficient in assurance standards and financial reporting regulatory environment in Hong Kong
- Solid experience in quality assurance review is a definite advantage
- Analytical minded and able to work independently
- Held senior position in sizable professional accounting firm or financial reporting regulatory organisation
- Be passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving for exceeding clients' expectations
