FJS Plant Repairs Limited is seeking to appoint an Experienced Bookkeeper on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role. Experience using IBCOS and Quickpay would be a distinct advantage Key Responsibilities: Preparation of weekly payroll for approx. 20 employees Processing purchase and sales orders Checking purchase orders to delivery dockets and purchases invoices and then processing the invoices Raise sales invoices Management of multiple bank accounts Posting of bank entries and payroll movements to the general ledger Assist with Statutory Audit Other Adhoc Duties Key Skills: Must have 1-2 years experience in a similar role IBCOS experience preferable but not essential Quickpay payroll experience preferable but not essential Excellent communication skills Ability to work within a team and also individually Excellent attention to detail is essential for this role Proven ability to work under pressure and be adaptable to a moving working environment Self-motivated with an ability to work on own initative Ability to take responsibility for their tasks and ensure they are followed through to completion
