Description
The Assistant Accountant will hold the following responsibilities:
- Complete accurate financial statements for the UK business
- Work closely with other financial analysts across the department
- Calculate staff expenses including accruals and prepayments
- Fixed asset register maintenance
- Ownership of balance sheet ledger
- Contribute to ongoing financial projects
- Work closely with non-financial stakeholders
Profile
The Assistant Accountant will be:
- ACCA or CIMA part qualified
- Ability to manage complex financial data
- Able to understand and manipulate large spreadsheets
- Proficient in Excel
- Effective in building strong relationships
