Stock Accountant

• Execute duties in a cost effective manner
• Contribute to cost savings targets of the finance function
• Reduce outstanding accountant receivable to reduce the need for financing facilities
• Update financial data in the system to ensure that information will be accurate and real time
• Provide weekly reports on accounts receivables
• Provide information required for financial reporting in line with company process and policies
• Complete month-end banking and warehouse reconciliations and closing procedures
• Reconcile client deposits with warehouse sales
• Encode accounting entries for data processing
• Review system reports for accuracy and trace errors back to their source
• Assist with auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations
• Follow-up with differences between sales and cash received from warehouses
