Key Accountabilities
Preparation and lodgment of monthly tax (BAS, FBT, PAYG)
Annual preparation of ITR (supporting external big four partner)
Monthly Financial close review
Prepare Quarterly Board Papers
Assist in preparation of annual Financial Accounts
Assist with various audits and governance programs
Daily monitoring of liquidity and AFSL license
Oversight of various offshore processing

Experience, Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
Suitable for a candidate with big four experience looking to make the transition into Corporate Accounting within the Financial Services sector or for someone with relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years Accounting experience - preferable in a large organization
Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance and / or a finance qualification
Knowledge of financial accounting systems
Detail orientated
Strong customer service focus
Ability to communicate effectively at all staff levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Team player
Strong focus on accuracy and quality
