As an Actuarial Manager you'll join a highly collaborative Actuarial Change function within Insurance Finance.
Here in the Actuarial Change team we're primarily responsible for understanding change requirements across all Actuarial systems and processes, crafting solutions to meet customer requirements, developing, testing and delivering solutions.
You'll be responsible for the whole project lifecycle including:
*Working closely with our customers to understand business requirements
*Planning of change delivery and allocation of resources to your own projects (internal and potentially external resource so good communication skills a requirement)
*Leading delivery of solutions including design and review of work by your team
*Leading a wide range of partners to successfully deliver the changes
You'll need to be a Qualified Actuary or have significant Actuarial experience with good knowledge of / ability to apply actuarial concepts and techniques. You'll also need to have the ability to identify key or unexpected outputs and investigate underlying issues.
Excellent interpersonal skills are critical - both oral and written as there will be a lot of partner engagement required, often at a senior level.
