Credit Officer (Galway) Key 2 Recruitment has been retained by a multinational Company based in Galway City to recruit a Credit Officer to join an existing team. The successful candidate will have credit control or high volume phone customer service experience. Full training will be provided and working hours are 8.30 to 5 Mon to Fri. Main Responsibilities: Management of cheque ledgers Collection of returned direct debit payments in line with company procedure To include initial contact with customers when payments are returned, securing alternative payment and all collections activity to pre-legal stage. Making decisions with regard to the stopping of accounts. Re-evaluating accounts for release in line with the terms of our credit insurance policy Dealing with customer complaints Building and maintaining strong relationships with sales team Experience Excellent phone manner 100% English fluency essential.
