Tax - Transfer Pricing

LMA recruitment are currently recruiting for a top 10 legal firm. They are seeking a strong candidate to join their growing tax team.

Duites:

Inter-office recharges:

• Calculate interim and annual recharges and liaise with internal teams for recording purposes.
• Prepare and distribute supporting documents to ensure deductibility in each territory.
• Maintain summaries of all charges.

Inter-office interest charges:

• Prepare and submit CT61 returns.
• Prepare interest certificates and distribute where necessary.

Inter-office billing:

• Work with the systems team to ensure the inter-office billing mechanism is compliant with transfer pricing rules.
• Review firm policy and ensure documented sufficiently.
• Responsible for internal queries.

Documentation:

• Prepare and update the Masterfile to adhere to tax legislation and guidelines.
• Prepare local files, working with local personnel and advisors.
• Country by country reporting:
• Submit country notifications to tax authorities according to local requirements.
• Review accounting system to ensure required information can be easily extracted.
• Prepare and submit annual report to UK tax authorities.

This role will consider someone in a similar position or someone newly qualified with an interest in legal and tax.
