Credit Controller

This role is ideally for someone with B2C Credit Control / Debt Collection experience - however experience within B2B considered.

The Role:

Credit Controller

On Offer:

Salary £18,000 - £20,000

Added Quarterly Bonus Structure

Duties:

Manage a variety of accounts

Establish and maintain relationships with customers

Negotiate payments

Handle objections

Ensure maximum recovery of arrears

To effectively monitor and report on arrears as required by the business

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous collections/credit control experience

Previous experience of outbound and inbound high-volume call handling

Organised and efficient with the ability to work under pressure

Good communicator with a confident telephone manner

Questioning and negotiating skills

Positive attitude

Flexible approach to working
