- Performs the data entry activity along with passing the general accounting entries on Microsoft Dynamics Navision System and keeps financial record along with filing.
- Prepare monthly financial reports (expenses, receivables, balance sheets, income statement, assets, liabilities, VAT, etc.).
- Stock control of the warehouse transactions.
- Bank reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors to perform regular audits by providing all the needed financial records, data and information to ensure the accuracy of reports.
