Senior Credit Controller

Large brokerage firm based in the city has a new role for a senior level credit controller to join a team and be responsible for collections, billings and cash allocations. Based in the City of London near Liverpool Street.

Description

Working in a team of 5, your role will be to the deputy for the team and report to the Head of Collections. It is a hands on a role and you will be responsible for your own ledger of clients.

Duties include:

• Collections for a portfolio of 750 accounts
• High volumes and values
• Cash allocations
• Query resolutions
• Billings at month end
• Monthly reporting pack presentation
• Internal and external client liaison
• Monthly debtor meeting - reporting to senior stakeholders
• Use of Excel, Powerpoint and Peoplesoft

• Senior level credit controller with a confident and proactive personality.
• Used to delivering targets and KPIs.
• Able to interface confidently with stakeholders across the business.
• Professional
• Financial Services product knowledge advantageous but not essential
• Applications welcome from outside of financial services as well
• High volume and high value experience
