Corporate Finance Manager - Boutique M&A Firm - Transaction Services

Our client is an award-winning, boutique M&A advisory firm, looking for a corporate finance manager to directly support the partners' in all phases of the M&A advisory cycle. This is a role within a very active deal team, who have large exposure to the UK mid-market, with expertise in an array of sectors, from financial services to technology and media and family businesses. Participating in all phases of the deal cycle, you will play a key role in the work provided to clients, requiring extensive knowledge of M&A strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively seeking out new deal opportunities and executing deal origination, including pitching for client work.
• Leading projects which include research, analysis and presenting insight to clients
• Manage all aspects of the sale/fundraising process
• Assisting the Analysts on deals and transactions in all phases

Key Requirements

• ACA Qualified - preferably Big 4.
• Transaction services experience is required.
• A current Assistant Manager ready to take on a Manager role, or currently at Manager level.
• Lead advisory experience is ideal, but not vital.
• Outgoing, confident, sociable candidate, as this networking and forming client relationships.
