Senior GL Accountant, Global SSC

Primary Responsibilities: • Coordinate with global entities to set up or harmonize intercompany and intracompany related accounting processes; • Deliver trainings and provide accounting guidance to global entities on the harmonized process; • Reconcile inter and intra company transactions for consolidation purpose; • Lead or support other GL/intercompany related ERP system implementation or automation projects to improve functional efficiency; • Explore potential areas for process harmonization/improvement and recommend suitable changes to management; • Prepare process documentation trainings between different teams and facilitate meeting and discussions; • Support global financial statement consolidation process during month and quarter end; • Assist internal / external audits relating to GL, intercompany and other SOX requirements. • Assist Sr Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements: • This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with 3 or more years of relevant experience in big 4 or multinational company. • The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. • An excellent written and verbal coordination and communication skill in English is a must. • Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people as a team member. • Strong ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, as well to multi-task and meet deadlines. • Superior analytical skills and a high level of attention to details. • Outstanding performer and obtain recognition in current jobs. • Familiar with Oracle or similar ERP system. • A professional certification holder (such as CPA, ACCA, etc.) is a plus.
