Description
The Finance Director will be responsible for all aspects of Finance. Not only will you "own the day to day numbers" and provide insight to commercial decision making, you will also play the pivotal role in transitioning finance from a reactive support function to a pro-active driver of internal excellence and growth.
You will be responsible for the production of management accounts, cashflows, forecasts and overall health of the company's finances as they relate to systems, processes and people. You will be experienced and confident in dealing with numerous key stakeholders, banks, other lending institutions, and supplier contract renewals. Experience of operating in multi-ownership/multi-site structures would be advantageous.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with excellent problem solving skills. Comfortable in a reasonably hands on role, you will also be comfortable deciding strategy along side a highly credible and capable leadership team.
A pro-active individual with a strong sense of ownership, you will be adept at providing first class Financial planning, budgeting, cashflows, reporting, tax planning and treasury advice to a burgeoning, dynamic business.
Previous experience in a senior management role within a Professional Services business is highly desirable.
Job Offer
A competitive base salary of £70,000 - £80,000 is on offer with a car allowance and bonus. Other benefits to be discussed at screening stage.
