Overview

You'll be working in the Singapore CRS Operations Team to support the bank in meeting its Common Reporting Standard (CRS) reporting obligations and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing Business as Usual (BAU) processing activities pertaining to the CRS regulations.
  • You will be working with Front Office to execute the Relationship Manager Inquiry Exercise.
  • You will be working with Front Office and various Operations functions to execute the Change in Circumstances process and will be monitoring the status of the case created.
  • You will be working with various Operations functions to execute the annual Mass Mailing activity.
  • You will be processing data from upstream system and update the relevant downstream with the relevant information
  • You will be performing various data enrichment activities.
  • You will be monitoring control reports specific to CRS and coordinate with relevant departments to remediate data quality issues.
  • You will be involved in any User Acceptance Testing (UAT) if required for projects impacting CRS.
  • Attending to queries pertaining to the above mentioned processes.
  • You will maintain operational procedures & ensure adherence to control standards.
  • Other ad hoc requirements.


Qualifications
Job Requirements:
  • You possess at least an university degree
  • You have at least 1-3 year of relevant experience in private banking
  • Possess tax acumen, AEOI regulations and processes will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent time management skill and interpersonal skill
  • Microsoft application
  • Solid problem solving and analytical skills
  • You exhibit an appreciation of the risk impact of actions undertaken, with a good risk and control perspective.
  • Responsible and takes ownership of assigned tasks
