Role description:

- Reduce the time it takes to perform group stress testing

- Establish requirements roadmap and planning of these changes

- Coordinate with subject matter experts within ALCM, Finance, businesses, IT and other functions in France and globally

- Mobilize appropriate stakeholders & gain their buy-in around the project

- Coordinate actions & milestones deliveries with the various stakeholders - Monitor risk and issues and escalate when necessary

- Analyze existing process and identify improvements

- Contribute to dedicated Steering Committee

Knowledge & Experience/ Qualifications:

- Liquidity, Capital, Financial Planning, IRRBB (Interest rate risk in the banking book) and ALM risk knowledge )

- Ability to coordinate actions between the various stakeholders (locally and with the group) in an efficient manner

- Ability to quickly and effectively prioritize tasks

- Strong organizational and communication skills and a positive attitude and focus

- Efficient use of tools and techniques such as Excel, PowerPoint - Excellent written/verbal communication skills

- Ability to deal with change
