M&A Analyst - NQ ACA (Any Sector Considered)

We are working on a hire for a leading M&A advisory firm, who are looking to add an M&A Analyst with at least 3 years' experience in finance or accounting to join their award winning M&A team.

This is a broad role where you will be responsible for deal origination and execution.

• Playing a key role in all new M&A transactions
• Assisting senior team members in all transaction execution activities
• Financial analysis and preparing pitch books for deals
• Creating financial models and projections to support transactions
• Working closely with senior management, analysts and clients

The successful candidate will hold the ACA qualification from a major accounting firm, with exposure to transaction services or corporate finance considered a bonus.

Candidate Requirements

• A strong academic record - 2:1 minimum class degree
• ACA Qualified - preferably Big Four
• Transaction Services or Corporate Finance experience is preferred, but by no means a requirement
• Excellent commercial acumen
• Excellent numerical ability
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Excellent attention to detail, with an analytical mindset
• Intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial flair
• Great team player, but with the ability to undertake solo projects and work to own initiative
• Extra-curricular activities are a big plus!
