Top tier foreign investment bank looking for finance manager to lead a team, up to 65k per month

A leading foreign corporate and investment bank has created a role within the financial reporting, APAC team, looking for a Finance Manager to lead a team of 3 to drive finance related projects and financial reporting duties for the bank. This role is a good fit if you are looking to work in a fast pace but rewarding environment and if you are looking to further your career in financial reporting, projects and financial control.
Your new role
Reporting to the Department Head, your will be responsible for managing a team of 3 to drive, lead and implement finance related projects (e.g. IFRS related projects). You will work closely with the financial reporting team to ensure that all projects are in accordance to new and local accounting standards. On an ad-hoc basis you will also review month end and group reporting duties in accordance to IFRS.
What you'll need to succeed
As the perfect candidate you will have 6 plus years of banking experience in financial reporting and control, with experience in handling and implementing finance related projects. Having experience working in foreign banks and coming from a Big 4 background are both ideal but not necessary. Finally, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and be fluent in English and Cantonese, as well as have competent Microsoft Excel Skills (including VBA).
