Senior Accountant / Accountant – (Regional – US / UK) (Job Ref. No: ACC06)

Here’s the opportunity for you:

- Leads financial analysis for global business or finance function
- Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to the business
- Manage of key transaction work streams including direct liaison with key persons in acquires, stakeholders and external vendors
- Consults with business leaders to drive and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope e.g., long-term business planning, product analysis and development, balancing risk, supporting significant deals, etc.
- Proactively drives process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the global functional teams
- Actively reviews, analyzes, and manages the key controls within the responsibility to ensure compliance with legal and accounting requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)
- Manages external vendors (e.g., auditors and consultants)
- Support inbound and outbound M&A transactions for international and regional countries
 

Are you ready for the opportunity?

 
- Degree Holder or above in Accountancy, Business, Economics or other related disciplines
- Member of ACCA / CPA / CFA
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in auditing or accounting or transaction support
- Experience in leading a project team / US & UK accounting standards is highly preferred
- External/internal Audit exposure is a definite advantage to this opportunity
- Superior understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Excellent people management skills, including managing teams across countries
- Extraordinary consulting, influence and negotiation skills .
- Occasional travelling may be required
- Young talent with experience in BIG 4 is also welcome
