Client Details
A sub £20m business in Wakefield going through a period of change requires an Interim Financial Controller to support the MD.
Description
The role is a no.1 role with responsibilities for finance including:
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Month and year end accounts
- Variance analysis
- Process improvement - old systems requiring support
- Providing leadership to a small team
Profile
- You will ideally hold a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- You will ideally have experience as an Interim Financial Controller
- Will be flexible and a self starter
- Comfortable managing a team
- Able to embed strong controls and have a passion for process improvement
- Immediately available for an initial 3 months
- Contracting experience preferred
