NQ ACA - Fund Accountant

This boutique venture capital firm is looking for a bright newly qualified ACA to join their small finance team.

The role is a fantastic first step for any ACA interested in a forward facing, finance position that plays a key part in a growing business. It will provide an excellent foundation for any career within the world of private equity and venture capital.

The firm invests in some of the most exciting start-ups in Europe with a particular focus on tech and consumer goods. Your role, as a fund accountant, will be to manage all finance and accounting for the funds that invest in these businesses and, to some extent the businesses themselves - it will be your responsibility to monitor the performance of these businesses.

In terms of candidate you must be ACA (or equivalent) qualified (or approaching qualification) and be from any practice size; they have a preference for those from outside of the top 6. They are open on industry background so no prior knowledge of PE or VC is necessary but an interest certainly helps!

It is a great position for any ambitious newly qualified accounting that is ready for their next step.

In terms of compensation, they are looking between £50,000 and £55,000 with a healthy discretionary bonus on top.
