Reporting to the Head of Finance for Consumer Banking you will drive the performance of the business through the provision of insightful analysis of sales performance, through the design and implementation of sales KPI scorecards and the creation of effective remuneration schemes. You will be responsible for the incentive payment cycle and also manage the annual incentives budget.
Role will suit:
Finance and accounting professionals with 10-12+ years of experience with significant analytical exposure. Preference is for those with an understanding of consumer banking and wealth management products and remuneration schemes for sales staff but will consider individuals from industries paying similar sales incentives or commissions, e.g Insurance. Must have excellent communication and influencing skills with demonstrable business partnering experience
