  • Review all accounting transactions as well as all payment

  • Control overall application of procedures and guarantee the internal control as per company standards.

  • Conduct receiving controls to ensure proper merchandise flow.

  • Apply the cost control measures (Staff cost, General expenses and Capex) to maximize the efficiency.

  • Review Payroll detail reports and coordinate with HR for any pending issues.

  • Allocate resources and manage cash flows efficiently.

  • Supervise / manage month-end and year end closing of the books in accuracy with analysis on a monthly and yearly basis

  • Review financial data and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

  • Coordinate with other departments for any pending issues.

  • Performs other related duties of acomparable level/type as assigned.
