Purpose of this role You'll be involved in processing all types of client services functions such as Claims, Servicing, Agency and Client Relations. You'll play a key role in delivering service level agreements within tight timelines. This would suit a person who has a good attention to detail and strives to provide a high quality service. This is a varied role with extensive learning opportunities across the client services functions. Salary: €32-35k Location: IFSC, Dublin City Centre Key Contribution Areas Provide an excellent customer experience for all customers Process and administer all transactions on a ‘right first time basis' Proactively manage a pipeline of cases ensuring pipeline is accurate and up to date Provide a high standard of service and ensure your own accuracy targets are met Work with colleagues to ensure consistency and the team's performance targets are achieved, maintain service level agreements and follow Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF) guidelines Handle appropriate outbound and incoming communications from customers and advisers, and respond in a professional, friendly and standardised manner Coordinate and own multiple requests for information which are referred to other areas of the company and manage customer expectations Adhere to compliance and risk rules & regulations and follow reporting procedures Proactively support colleagues and other CSD teams during busy periods Personal Capabilities Required Customer Focused A ‘can do' attitude Excellent attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to react to changing priorities Good time management and ability to work to tight deadlines Commitment to team Flexible, adaptable and open to change Functional or Technical Knowledge and Skill Required Minimum 2 years in an administration role within financial services or life assurance industry Excellent Computer and Mircosoft Office Skills Relevant industry qualifications (CF/FP) preferable Knowledge of the UK life assurance industry would would be an advantage
