Do you like to make great things happen for other people? If so, this may be your opportunity! We are recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our Alameda Branch! In this role, you will:
- Support and collaborate with the Branch Manager on day to day operations
- Support team members by providing day to day support as well as coaching, training and motivating through leadership and guidance
- Assist members with their financial needs
- Offer products and services that will enhance the members financial path
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- 2 or more years of similar or related experience preferably working in a financial institution
- Knowledge of credit union regulations and guidelines, products and services
- Leadership of a team: coaching, training, motivating and providing recognition to maximize morale
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work before/after hours as needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
