Financial Accountant for one of the largest house building organisations in the country.
Client Details
This organisation are one of the largest housing organisations in London and the UK and are part of the G15. They have an extremely strong development pipeline of thousands of properties over the next 5 years to add to a huge existing portfolio. This organisation provides a mixture of social and private property working on some of the most complex and interesting joint venture projects in the UK.
Description
- Financial reporting and complex accounting for joint venture projects
- Business partner as a technical accounting expert with project managers and wider commercial finance teams
- Consolidated financial statement preparation
- Designing and implementing improvement to processes and systems to support the financial accounting function
Profile
You will be a fully qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA accountant (or equivalent) with strong technical financial accounting capabilities. You will have a very strong understanding of technical accounting and the thought process that goes into completing excellent complex reporting. All backgrounds considered but an understanding of UK Social housing or residential property development would be highly beneficial.
