You will be responsible for:

  • Working on pitch and due diligence processes - preparing thorough packs
  • Identifying relevant and high potential investment opportunities across geographies and sectors
  • Financial modelling - understanding target investments financials in order to inform decision making

You will be/have:

  • Highly commercial in outlook
  • Have technical aptitude - able to understand complex financial statements
  • Have in depth knowledge of the investment process and real desire to work in an investment capacity
  • Outstanding academic record, ideally with an ACA qualification (first time passes desirable)
  • An Accountant from Corporate Finance / Transaction Services or M&A background
  • Able to work in a small team - whilst this is an international PE house the London team is still building out so the exposure is excellent, but requires an ability to engage at the highest of levels
