Mortgage Administrator (QFA) | Customer Engagement Dept | Banking/Financial Services The Client: Located in Dublin city centre, our client is a leading financial services provider with a well established retail network. The Role: As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be required to support key functions within the Asset Management Unit and Customer Engagement department. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio customer's mortgage administration. The key duties will include: Handle customer mortgage queries within company policy and the appropriate regulatory requirements Handle all incoming calls from customers, branches and authorised 3rd parties Provide advice and communicate options to customers in line with CCMA and CPC guidelines Support internal stakeholders on the complaints and appeals process Carry out all duties in a professional manner while adhering to company credit policies and procedures in relation to control, compliance and risk mitigation Reviewing and updating customer information on relevant systems Attend and participate in weekly team meetings Participate in projects and focus groups as and when required Hours of work : Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week Requirements: Fully/part qualified Financial Advisor or a minimum of APA status in Loans (Loans & Regulation) with up to date CPD hours Previous experience in a financial institution in a credit/collections role, preferably with exposure to the mortgage arrears resolution process (MARP) Third Level qualification in Business or Law or equivalent qualification A minimum education requirement of 5 passes in the Leaving Certificate including a pass in Maths and English (Higher or Ordinary level only, Foundation level subjects will not apply) Experience in effective call handling with excellent relationship management skills Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel (experience with financial/banking systems a distinct advantage Desirable: Studying towards Qualified Financial Advisor Diploma In Return: Salary within the region of €28-30k depending on experience Subsidised canteen Experience with a recognised organisation in the financial services sector Opportunity to apply for long-term/permanent positions internally Why use Grafton?
