Accountant

Accountant, Dublin 8 BLG Chartered Accountants is now recruiting an experienced Part Qualified or a Recently Qualified Accountant to be an integral part of our growing team.   The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, energetic and excited by the opportunity to work with a wide range of domestic and international clients. Duties will include the following: Accountancy & Bookkeeping Maintaining the accounts of our clients, including managing the AR function, the AP function and preparing monthly Bank Reconciliations Creating and posting Nominal Journals and month end reconciliation of all Nominal Accounts Preparation and filing of P-30 and VAT returns on ROS Work closely with colleagues to deliver an efficient month end process and management reporting, including to Board level Other ad-hoc duties as they arise Experience and requirements: 3 years minimum experience in a similar role. Recently Qualified or Finalist ACA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA. Attention to detail Strong IT and financial modelling skills, specifically Excel Closing Date for applications is Friday 12th October 2018.
