Description

The key responsibilities for this Junior Accounts Assistant (Temporary to Permanent) role are:

• Providing book keeping services Group entities;
• Preparing payments schedule and advising on accounts payable;
• Cash balances and reconciliation of bank accounts and customers and supplier's statements;
• Co-ordinate petty cash analysis and travel expense claims;
• Providing regular cash flow updates for senior management;
• Ensuring that correct procedures are followed for the dispersal of client funds;
• Liaising with suppliers and external institutions, including banks and tax authorities;
• Providing administrative support to the accounts team.

Profile

The successful candidate for this Junior Accounts Assistant (Temporary to Permanent) vacancy, based in central London will be immediately available and have experience working in accountancy, or have a finance degree.

This position will be temporary for 2 months and then a permanent position will be offered. Knowledge of Sage line 50 is desired but not essential.
