CFO, Real Estate Developer

Recognized as a highly successful real estate developer, our client has a proven track record in the development infrastructure and real estate projects in China. They are now seeking to appoint the Chief Financial Officer to lead the company's financial management.

Responsibility:

• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
• Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
• Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
• Report financial results to the board of directors
• Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred
• 15+ years' experience in Finance with understanding of real estate/
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with senior management, shareholders, joint venture partners and key market contacts
• Fluent language skills in English and Mandarin are essential. Reporting will be done in Mandarin.
