Payroll Specialist - Dublin City Centre (€35k)

An exciting role as a Payroll Specialist has become available with a multi national accountancy firm in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Payroll and ideally have relevant experience in a small or mid-tier accountancy practice. Key responsibilities Review standards of client payrolls processed by payroll specialists in line with review procedures Adhere to best practice and implement payroll process improvements where necessary Strong relationship building with clients Work closely with employment tax team Assist the Payroll managers with completion of internal risk management documentation Coaching and supporting the development of junior staff Working well to deadlines, organising workload and prioritising tasks Required Skills/Experience 2+ years' experience in a busy payroll processing or advisory role in the ROI Thorough knowledge of all areas of the payroll process including tax/PRSI/USC Employment tax experience desirable IPASS qualification is imperative A history of working to targets, negotiating, meeting deadlines and reaching agreed KPI's.
