With 325 staff nationwide and support offices in Dublin, Cork & Belfast, we are focused on providing expert impartial financial advice to Ireland's Public Sector.  Due to growth within our National Sales Team we are currently recruiting for a number of Financial Sales Consultant positions. Your role as a Financial Consultant will be to ensure that our public sector clients are fully updated on their entitlements and are financially prepared for the future. Building relationships within the public sector workplace you will be on the road providing advice. During your consultation, you will also help them assess any potential savings they could make through our preferential products & services. Key Skills and Responsibilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an aptitude deliver workplace presentations and set up individual appointment with customers Ability to achieve sales targets while expecting high standards of professionalism and advice Ability to conduct a comprehensive fact find with customers to identify their needs and objectives Ability to work on own initiative and liaise with all levels of management in the company Can-Do Will-Do attitude with a relentless focus on the customer Please note this is a field based role and some evening work will be involved. Full training is provided as you will start with an 8-week intensive and extensive training programme which provides a full insight into the public sector markets. Full QFA status or progression towards QFA qualification is desirable. However, full educational support will be provided for approved courses such as QFA.
