Payroll Administrator - Cork City Location; Dalata Hotel Group, Tivoli, Cork We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Payroll Administrator to join our expanding Shared Service Centre in Cork City. You will ensure efficient processing and accurate payment of the weekly payroll for 1500+ employees and monthly payroll. You will process payroll using Sage Micropay. The role requires an experienced payroll professional with efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail to ensure smooth payroll process. Working to strict deadlines, you will be an adept multi-tasker and problem solver. Key Responsibilities: Process and check weekly Payroll of 1500+ employees Partner with internal stakeholders in collating and validating data for processing Respond to all employee and manager payroll queries P30 (PAYE/PRSI/USC) returns Complete Central Statistics Office returns Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience processing Irish payroll, UK Payroll experience is advantageous but not essential Experience using Sage Micropay Experience using integrated HR/payroll solutions A detailed knowledge of payroll processing including benefits administration and statutory payroll regulations Strong attention to detail Strong administration and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of role Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Good understanding of PAYE modernisation About Dalata: Dalata Hotel Group - Ireland's largest hotel group.
