Principal Architect

CallidusCloud is now SAP Sales Cloud, part of the SAP Customer Experience division of SAP. We help sales teams sell faster and perform better, using AI-driven software that transforms your company’s lead-to-cash process. Our full suite of sales process tools includes sales automation, incentive management, Configure Price, Quote (CPQ), coaching and sales enablement.

The Callidus environment is dynamic, innovative and growing! To support our growth we are seeking a Senior Principal Architect to join our team.

General Description

• Understanding of numerous callidus products, project design, technical expertise
• Enterprise client relationship support to Management
• Contribute to professional development of consultants
• Mentor other architects
• Undertake management responsibilities
• Exhibit leadership and dedication to development of client relationship, high quality work, personal technical growth, commitment to the company's purpose and goals

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of company's architecture requirements, development, & solutions
• Lead and provide technical expertise for the company
• Develop strong client relationships
• Collaborate with Project Management and Implementation Teams in regards to project structure/goals
• Design and develop project solutions
• Provide installation expertise for, or migration services to the latest product releases
• Recommend system changes, solution implementation, testing and deployment
• Ensure quality of project deliverables
• Interface and work with consultants, engineering, tech support, QA
• Participate in development of new services and acquiring new business

Skills

• 7+ years Consulting/Integrating experience
• Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
• BS in analytical discipline such as Computer science, engineering, or mathematics
• Strong technical understanding of relational databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, and Sybase) including extensive knowledge of SQL, database design, and optimization
• Experience delivering SaaS products
