Key Responsibilities

  • Building the local HK market in Corporate Trust space, Bond Trustee, Security Trustee, Facility agent, Escrow fiduciary management

  • Extensive networking, exploring all industry sectors for new client sourcing

  • Market development, Business sourcing, meetings, pricing closure and legal and Ops facilitation

  • Networking, Deal sourcing, Initiating Negotiation & closing a deal in coordination with the Department Head

  • Responsibility for coordination with Legal, Operations, Compliance teams

  • Raising Invoices, Payment tracking & ensuring Payment received in constant coordination with accounts.

  • The person will be responsible for creating a regional market for Vistra in corporate trust space


Qualifications and other requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Has hands on working experience in HK financial market and has strong connect with regulator

  • Sales/ marketing background in financial services/ Corporate Banking etc.

  • Responsible for income generation & product development for at least past 4 years

  • Shown growth in the product segment managed.

  • Managing relationship across all industry segments; Corporates, Banks, Financial Institutions, Public Sector and Funds

  • Must be a known Relationship Manager with stability in any organization ( not looking for people who are changing organizations every year)

  • Team Management skills

  • Self-starter

  • Has ability to create sustainable business model

  • Can handle transactions from end to end including Sales, legal and Operations

  • MBA     Marketing/         Finance with      Bachelors         in Finance/Economics/Engineering

  • Must have problem solving attitude

  • Must have the ability to manage target pressure

  • Can take responsibility of failure & success with equal spirit

  • Innovation in product & services

  • Networking skills

  • Hard-core sales, marketing and customer service orientation

  • Has worked with local regulator and has extensive exposure in HK market

  • Has the focus, planning ability to create market for a given region

  • Very good communication skills – speaking, reading, writing

  • Multitasking capability

  • Adaptable to people and culture in multiple jurisdictions

  • Long- term approach towards relationships & ideas

  • Basic proficiency in MS office

  • English and Mandarin /Cantonese
