Your new company
Hays Shenzhen has partnered up with a multinational manufacturing company for hiring good Accounting & Finance talent to join them. With very good strategic plan from global headquarter, their business in local region is growing quite well these years. With their talent successor plan, they are looking for an experience Finance Manager, based in Shenzhen.


Your new role
As a key person, you will directly report to the Asia Head of Finance department. You will lead a team in Shenzhen plant and manage the team to ensure everything is going smoothly. You will closely work with other departments internally and support for business growth. You will take over full function management in the finance department.


What you'll need to succeed
to be successful in this role, you will be someone with

• More than 10 years working experience in multinational manufacturing company
• Solid experience in costing analysis and costing control'
• With Big 4 experience will be preferred
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Down to earth, mature, and with excellent work ethic
• Good at both English and Chinese
