Your new role
You will work within a high energy and driven team managing and executing full cycle business, operational and financial audits. You will provide an independent objective on audit discoveries and advise in enhancing internal controls, financial reliability and regulatory requirements are met. As a result, you will enhance overall business effectiveness. On on-going basis, you will support audit initiatives that will ensure the business remains in their forefront position. This is a dynamic role where you will immerse within a growing insurance business.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree from recognized university with minimum 5 years of insurance/finance experience in both external and internal audit, preferably in Asia
• Professional qualification internal audit or accountancy e.g. HKICPA, ACCA ICAEW
• Solid knowledge of insurance products, operational processes, accounting principles and control concepts
• Strong knowledge of Internal audit methodology and risk management frameworks
• High attention to details and have good analytical skills
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal, coaching / influencing skill
• Agent for change, where change is needed
