Senior Group Manager - Business Development Support
  • Leads a Business Development Support area.
  • The individual will be working closely with each of the businesses to help them create their annual deposit plan.
  • Develops and implements policies to ensure client satisfaction and leads key initiatives.
  • Maintains familiarity with industry best practices and seeks opportunities to implement as appropriate.
  • Coaches and guides on project management.
  • Will work with the businesses to set their strategic goals around deposit products/pricing, and help them to market the products to clients.
  • Leverages analytics and tracking data to set strategic priorities on initiatives designed to improve the Business Development Support experience.
  • Works closely with sales force and relationship managers to determine needed improvements through review and analysis of problems reported.
  • Maintains relationships with senior business and sales leaders to report trends and needs.
  • May provide forward-looking and strategic insight on Business Development Support issues to drive future revenue growth.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in technical aspects of sales analytics and is responsible for generating recommendations based on data.
  • Resolves the most complex issues or inquiries from senior-level or key individuals at clients, as needed.
  • Provides feedback at the most critical times.
  • Area supports a variety of complex client accounts.
  • Initially, the individual will be focused on marketing deposit products to clients.
  • Supports bank deposit-related initiatives via knowledge of certain liquidity/capital-related bank regulatory requirements (e.g. liquidity coverage ratio, supplementary leverage ratio).
  • Participates in senior balance sheet-related committees.
  • Provides guidance to create processes and procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Manages deposit product development efforts.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience in sales preferred with management experience.
