We are looking for visionary Quality Controllers to track and resolve quality issues in Multiple Markets. In these roles, you will employ your analytical and problem solving skills to find innovative and creative ways to address quality challenges and continually improve the experience of our customers. Through your leadership and mentoring, you will establish a productive relationship with our Global remote workers and ensure the successful implementation of your quality improvement initiatives. Candidates required for the following country markets must have previously lived in the relevant country and have extensive cultural, political and economic knowledge of the area. United States India Indonesia Germany Americas (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina etc) Denmark Sweden Italy France Spain Portugal Greece   Candidates will work within the global search and mapping function, specialising in improving the results and quality of internet search and mapping data and providing cultural insight for the relevant markets, aligning delivery to customer expectations and general business requirements. These roles are full time and based in Co. Mayo, Ireland. Responsibilities: Work within a global team of Quality Controllers, while having specific ownership for a specific country/area. Provide language and cultural expertise of the relevant countries for the business and customers, including how users interact with global search engines and mapping apps.  Manage the performance and regularly interact with a large number of global remote workers in specific countries. Measure adherence of global remote workers to strict sets of guidelines and rules, utilising performance data from operating systems. Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues of resources, develop and measure improvement programs and provide reports and recommendations to management. Manage the design, implementation and delivery of Country-specific training, through web-based eLearning materials, online video production and webinars. Communicate with peers to leverage best practice and consistency across all areas. The role will require a high degree of confidence and experience using internet-based technologies and online research.   Technical Skills & Expectations The successful candidate must have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Practical experience with SQL an advantage. Working knowledge of SharePoint an advantage, with practical experience of content authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate a distinct advantage. Experience designing and delivering eLearning content an advantage. Experience with data analysis to support decision-making an advantage. Bi lingual candidates eg.
