Due to growing momentum and deal activity, our client is seeking to add to their experienced and highly credentialed Investment team with the addition of an Investment Analyst/Associate. This fund looks to invest in mid-market opportunities in Australia and New Zealand with enterprise values of A100-500mn, maintaining a disciplined but creative approach to investment opportunities. Through the provision of expansion capital to private companies and private investments in public companies, the team will assist in building corporate structure to help firms position for growth and development. As part of a highly collegiate and engaged team you will gain access to end to end deal execution and as well as valuable exposure to management teams.

As an Investment Analyst/Associate you will support the senior team with all facets of transaction execution as well as producing deep financial and investment analysis on potential assets, you will enjoy close interaction with the highly experienced senior investment team and will gain a broad commercial exposure to growth focused businesses. Successful applicants will have gained 2-4 years experience working within a top tier management consultancy firm or transactional M&A in an investment banking environment. You will have a strong academic track record, first class work ethic and passion for investing.
