Client Details
My client is a friendly Big 4 regional office with an impressive corporate tax team. Currently a team of 30, their increase in work load and future growth plans means they are looking to bring more passionate, knowledgeable tax professionals on board.
Description
You will be providing tax technical advice on a range of issues to a broad and interesting client base, with turnovers between £10M - £5B. The majority of the tax compliance is done by a dedicated compliance team, so you will be left to the complicated and interesting tax advisory. You will be giving advise on issues such as:
-Refinancing
-M&A
-Expansion plans
-Entering new markets
-Staff reward

-ATT qualified
-Mixed or corporate tax background
