Responsibilities:

  • Perform all-rounded C&B functions such as daily HR administration, benefits administration, payroll administration and employees' compensation
  • Execute C&B projects such as salary review, salary bench-marking, job evaluation, manpower budgeting
  • Formulating and reviewing competitive employment terms, benefits and incentive program
  • Keep abreast of Employment Ordinance and relevant statutory requirements and implement changes if any to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements
  • Prepare regular HR reports for local and head office management

Requirements:

  • University Degree (full time) in HRM or related disciplines
  • 5 years' experience in HR field focusing on Compensation & Benefits gained from banks / FIs
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and HKMA regulatory requirements
  • Strong presentation, communication skills and report writing skill in Chinese
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Office
