Your new company

Your new company is a finance technology company focusing on financial services with global presence together with exiting opportunity and rapid expansion into Hong Kong. Your company is now looking for talented and dedicated financial experts to join their dynamic team, you will support the group's finance team and to work closely on your company's expansion.

Your new role In your new role, you will be responsible for managing the group finance team and oversee all financial control function

• Prepare financial and management reporting in accordance to HKFRS / IFRS standards
• Work on strategic planning initiatives such as M&A, risk management, financial due diligence
• Lead the group in new accounting system implementation
• Work closely with business partners for planning the group's financial analysis and growth strategies

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you will need experience in the accounting or auditing field with an proactive, open minded and excited for new challenges attitude

• 10+ years of solid accounting / financial experience with 6 years managerial level gained in listed company
• Good understanding of HKFRS / IFRS
• Good understanding of PRCGAAP
• Strong leadership skills, highly motivated personality
• Energetic and able to adapt to rapid changing environment
