§  Ensure
proper implementation of Company accounting policies and procedures, recommend any significant changes needed to the FINANCE MANAGER, and ensure standardized implementation.

§  Review the monthly payroll and other staff entitlements in accordance with the authority matrix.

§ Assist in the development of the Company budget as a whole. Monitor and communicate the budget status to internal management.

§  Bench marking of costs and profitability for activities, and communicate results and recommendations to Management.

§ Aggregate / Supervise/ Prepare company
periodic accounting and financial reports and required statutory reports, and ensure their compliance with internal and external reporting requirements, and their appropriate distribution.

§ Aggregate / Supervise/ review monthly
reconciliation of accounts within the different business areas.

§ Review and approve payment vouchers,
receipt vouchers, and Journal vouchers related to her or his area in accordance with the authority matrix.

§ Perform periodic evaluation for direct reports and ensure the existence of continuous self-development program for staff.

§  Prepare periodic and hoc reports and review reports as needed.
